According to foreign media reports,
a woman recently ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max from Virgin Media.But to her surprise, she actually received a broken tile.
After investigation, Virgin Media initially believed that the woman was misleading them. Subsequently, Yodel, the courier company responsible for delivering the package, confirmed that the package was taken by the owner and the original packaging was intact.
Olivia Parkinson, a social media manager from the UK, shared the incident on Twitter. The media has not disclosed how this happened, but at some point in the process, the iPhone 12 Pro Max was replaced with tiles.
Finally, a Virgin Media spokesperson concluded thatTheir investigation found that Olivia Parkinson was the victim of the incident, so they have closed the account, cancelled the outstanding balance, and will refund all iPhone 12 Pro Max charges.
Unfortunately, Olivia Parkinson said that she did not experience the best customer support provided by Virgin Media.
